About John Robinson
John Robinson has been consulting and delivering services to healthcare organizations for over 20 years. He earned his M.D. from UCLA and holds Ph.D.'s in Biostatistics and Health Services Resarch from the Johns Hopkins University. He taught comparative effectiveness research design and methods as a faculty associate at the Johns Hopkins University. He was previously chief medical officer of a managed care organization and has surveyed health plans for a major national accrediting organization. He has published research in areas that include machine learning, predictive modeling, multilevel modeling, healthcare cost analysis, risk adjustment, provider performance assessment, and primary care practice.
